1: Booking dates accepted on a first come-first served basis so if you have a special date - book early.

2: A nonrefundable deposit of $1500 ($750 in management hunts) is required to book your hunt with the remainder of your animal cost at the time of harvest.

3: A nonrefundable full payment at booking for all meat hunts.

4: Non-hunting guests will only be accepted when space is available

5: Our hunts are limited to a six person or less group. This includes non-hunting guests.

6: Final payments at the ranch may be paid in cash, accredited money order, or credit card (4% fee applies). No checks please. Please bring cash for gradituities.

7: No refund of deposits given. Hunting dates can be revisited as determined by us but we must have a notice thirty days prior to your hunting day. No hunts will be honored past current season. Individual hunters in a hunting group may reschedule their hunting date if they must and we will do our best to accomodate them. Regardless to rescheduling, no refunds of deposits will be given.

8: To book a hunt contact us! Set up an amount and date and then you have one week to submit your non-refundable deposit. Once the payment is processed we will send you a confirmation.

9: You must have a valid Big Game Hunting licence with valid ID. These are available at most sporting goods locations or you can call (800) 895-4248 and purchase one with a credit card.
